Terms of use
Last updated 17 August 2026
The service
Iterations is a shared project portal. You create projects, invite clients, record scope changes, and keep a history of approvals. These terms govern your use of iterations.app.
Accounts
You sign in with a magic link sent to your email. You are responsible for the activity on that address. If you invite a client, you confirm you have a reason to share that project with them.
A client may only access projects they have been invited to. Owner-only insights and project settings are not part of the client view.
Your content
You keep ownership of the project information you enter (scope, change descriptions, names, figures). You grant us a licence to host and display that information so the portal can function for you and the people you invite.
Do not submit content that you do not have the right to share, or that is unlawful, misleading, or intended to disrupt the service.
Plans
The Free plan includes one active project so you can run the full workflow with a real client. Freelancer is €15/month. Payment is not yet available; until it is, the Free limits apply.
We may change plan limits or prices. If we do, we will say so in the product. We may suspend or close accounts that abuse the service or these terms.
Availability
We aim to keep Iterations available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The product is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for lost profits, lost data, or indirect damages arising from your use of the service.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page will change when we do. If you continue to use Iterations after an update, the new terms apply.
